There are numerous reasons why you might see a "Reversed" transaction Error Message on the Card Reader.
These can include the following;
* Whether it is due to the customer not having sufficient funds available,
* The transaction is refused by the Gateway, due to the transaction taking longer 30 - 60 seconds to process,
* When you decide to void a transaction when requesting a signature,
* And, when a customers chip in their card gets refused by the bank as it receives an unknown message.
If the payment, has not shown up in your Dashboard & the customers account states its Pending, it would be recommended to retry taking the payment on behalf of the customer.
