How do I connect my Xero account?


If you already use Xero to organise sales data, you can add your Tappr account to post transactions directly to sync your entire Tappr payment history. 

Please Note: We highly recommend completing these settings with your accountant or financial advisor, specifically your chart of accounts.


Go to the Tappr Dashboard and select App Marketplace (pictured below).



 Then click ADD APP below to the Xero feature (pictured below).


Then click GO TO XERO when the pop-up appears. 

From there you will be redirected to Xero. Enter your Xero login credentials & click Login (pictured below).


Then a pop-up will appear, which you need to click Allow access (pictured below).


Once successfully authorised, you will be redirected back to the Tappr Dashboard.

Lastly, update your Xero Settings that applies to your business and then click Apply (pictured below).


That completes the set-up of linking your Xero to Tappr.
