First and foremost, make sure that you have connected your Xero account to your Tappr account.
Once you have connected your account, click Sales > Transactions.
Then, if needed, filter by Date, Employee, Payment type or by Items.
You can then either select the specific transactions you wish to post to Xero or click Select All Transactions displayed, then click Export Selected (pictured below).
You will then need to confirm the export to Xero on the below screen by clicking Export Selected.
Once the exported has been completed, you will see the below screen & click Close Window (pictured below).
If the transaction has been successfully synced a Xero logo will appear (pictured below).
